Sono come nostri figli , provano l’avventura da animatori come prima esperienza lavorativa che li porterà nel mondo del lavoro e degli adulti , premettendo i loro turni devastanti , prove pomeridiane e notturne , trasmettendoci tutta la loro voglia di diventare grandi.
Non bisogna attaccarli come fanno in tanti ma consigliarli per fare meglio se qualcosa non è andata di nostro gradimento,aiutarli a superare le difficoltà con incoraggiamenti e applausi, facendo così lasceremo alla nuova generazione un mondo meno violento da offese gratuite.
