At the water's edge, Il Bastione is like a boat, surrounded by the sea that comes crashing down at its feet. Opposite, another bastion left free gives an idea of the advance on which the restaurant stands today. The inventive cuisine, based on seafood, is consistent and never pretentious. The marriage of tastes takes place subtly and one is always pleasantly surprised. The waiters are discreet and always keep an eye on your plate. On the wall, Pignatelli's paintings give a surrealist touch to the place.

La cena nel complesso è andata bene, se dovessi dare un suggerimento, farei più attenzione al cestino del pane. Le fettine erano dure e i tararallini un po' datati e sbriciolati e, come primo approccio non è bello!

Eccellente, del crudo allego foto, carpa i freschissimi di dentice triglia e tonno, seppioline, scampi e gamberi. Primo al nero di seppia e e spaghettoni con aragosta

Si mangia bene, per carità. Ma occhio allo scontrino! Io ci ho trovato in più una bottiglia d’acqua mai ordinata e un piatto di patatine fritte, da pagare a parte, ma che invece dovevano essere da contorno insieme al pesce, così come scritto su menù. Praticamente abbiamo pagato 9€ in più. Colpa mia perché non ho controllato lo scontrino appena mi è stato dato.
