The beaches of the territory of Nardò are unmissable and very popular in summer. Sant'Isidoro has a white sandy beach facing an islet that can be reached by swimming. Santa Caterina is a pleasant little port surrounded by a fragrant pine forest, with rocky coasts and a small sandy cove. Santa Maria al Bagno, with its picturesque village, is dominated by the "Quattro Colonne", four high medieval towers that were the corner towers of a fortress whose curtain walls have collapsed.
