A brand new address located 500 meters from downtown and its shops offering ten functional and comfortable apartments

A brand new address, opened in 2017, perfectly located 500 metres from the town centre and its shops, and 700 metres from the beach. The ten apartments, with garden or balcony, are functional, comfortable, air-conditioned and soberly decorated. Modern equipment, free wifi, parking, laundry area, nothing is missing. A good starting point for discovering Salento, its heavenly beaches along the Ionian Sea and the surrounding cities of art, Lecce and Nardò. All this while enjoying the atmosphere of the seaside resort.

If it’s possible I would give zero star! We booked the hotel at least a month ago. A day before we arrive, we try to info them that we will be arrive around 15:30-16:00, no one reply, even we try to call them several times.

When we arrive, no one there,the door is close, and no one pick up the phone call,even they wrote 24H service on website!

We don't have chioice, but for lucky we booked throught booking , so we call the customer service to ask the refund!! Unbelievable experience!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso resort e posso dire che è un gioiello..pulizia impeccabile,lo staff disponibile e soprattutto avendo in dotazione le bici abbiamo potuto goderci la nostra vacanza in totale relax..grazie di ????..

Siamo Stati un weekend non questo bel resort, nuovissimo. Camera molto ampia, arredata con cura, con angolo cottura dotato di tutto il necessario. Nella nostra stanza c'era anche una jacuzzi. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Comoda la posizione, anche se non vicinissima alla spiaggia. Dieci minuti a piedi e si è in centro. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, l'assenza delle zanzariere che sarebbero servite in quanto già a maggio le zanzare erano tante.
