A restaurant well known to the locals, nestled in the enchanting setting of a cave in the old town. Downstairs, in the intimacy of a smaller cave, dinner is served with music. Traditional Apulian cuisine based on fresh and regional products, with some creative touches: try, for example, the cuttlefish ink pasta with supions, lemon zest and parsley pesto, or the orecchiette with tomatoes and cacioricotta. A fine selection of wines which, in this rocky environment, find ideal storage conditions!
