The only restaurant (not trattoria) of Castelmezzano! Its creative menu and leader who participated in the 2015 Expo in Milan attracted the curious. Small advice: if you have trouble choosing, order cavatelli with sausage on a bean cream, or the black pig cooked at low temperature with lemon scented potatoes and chicory, and dessert, cold cream cream with wild fennel seeds and ficotto di Pisticci (juice obtained from an endemic variety of figs in the Metaponto region).

Lo consiglio
Salvatore ci ha coccolato duramte tutto il nostro soggiorno: dalla gentile accoglienza, alle spiegazioni dei piatti della fantastica cena, fino alla colazione servita direttamente sul terrazzo (un nostro desiderio)
Veduta spettacolare sia dalla camera che dal ristorante su Castelmezzano Pietrapertosa e il volo dell’angelo.
Una menzione particolare va alla cena: prodotti genuini, ben presentati e piatti gustosissimi.
Atmosfera molto rilassante!
Un applauso alla chef che alla fine della nostra cena si è presentata a ciascun tavolo chiedendo come fosse andata.
