Fourneaux Melina, who is in charge of the furnaces, will bring you a taste of his specialities, including the ingrattonato, a soup served once during Frédéric II's feasts and prepared according to the same recipe!

Il concetto di oste attiene al sublime, riguarda tutto ciò che, nell'ambito dell'accoglienza, della valorizzazione delle proprie radici, e della e espressione di ciò che si vuole trasmettere, anela alla perfezione. Giuseppe Golia incarna questo. E quando ciò avviene, quello stesso oste diviene maestro. Pur rimanendo (volutamente) lontano da riconoscimenti di circostanza... Grazie Pino. Esperienza sublime.

Meravigliosa esperienza in un luogo dove il tempo si è fermato rispettosamente in contemplazione della tradizione, ma con un occhio all'innovazione e al gusto per le materie prime e per la presentazione dei piatti, nel ristorante annesso.
La pulizia è assolutamente curata. Grande professionalità dello chef Pino Golia che allieta i suoi ospiti con la sua sapiente cultura culinaria.
L'hotel è accogliente.
