Upstream of the Sasso Barisano, an ideally located restaurant with a large and pleasant terrace, surrounded by the sassi. The welcome is really warm. A la carte, traditional dishes of Lucanian and peasant cuisine, such as cavatelli with tomato and cacioricotta and bean purée with chicory, but also various suggestions of fresh seafood. Great view . The service was good, they seated us and fed us even though it was closing time.
Highly recommended Orecchiette "in memory of my grandmother" that was the English translation or something like that .. it was really delicious. ????
From the starters we tried some bread dumplings in tomato and olive oil , it was also yummy.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Trovato per caso tra i tanti ristoranti di Matera. È stata un'esperienza di gusto e visiva location suggestiva con terrazza sui sassi. Personale efficiente e gentile. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Locale bellissimo e caratteristico, piatti eccellenti, proprietaria e personale gentilissimi e disponibili, io e mia moglie dopo la prima volta siamo ritornati per gustare altre specialità, se siete a Matera andateci assolutamente.
