Recent youth hostel in 2 floors with double rooms with lockers

A recent youth hostel that opens the city to the youngest and the students! The Ostello dei Sassi offers 50 dormitory beds spread over two floors. Double rooms with bathroom can also be rented. A microwave, kettle and all the necessary cooking equipment are available in a kitchenette. Tea, coffee and herbal teas are offered by the house. For your belongings, lockers have been installed. And in the basement, in a cave, a living room allows you to get together, to meet each other, before going to discover Matera "by night"!

Отличный хостел за адекватные деньги и удобным расположением. Можно сказать, что это практически единственное место по такой цене в городе. Рядом 2 супермаркете, много кафешек ресторанов и пекарен. Есть своя кухня, где можно приготовит или разогреть еду из супермаркетов. Хорошие вместительные локеры для вещей. Отлично решена проблема с розетками: поставили на столах многорозеточные удлинители на 8 розеток сразу — прекрасное и изящное решение. То есть сплошные плюсы.

Hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hostel ist sauber und hat nette Mitarbeiter. Für den Preis absolut angemessen und eine Top Lage um Matera zu erkunden! Hatte persönlich keine Probleme mit Bettwanzen oder lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem Stadtbus kommt man auch gut vom Flixbus Terminal hin (Google Maps kennt die Stadtbusse nicht!)

Geräusche und Licht aus Wohnbereich und Küche sind auch in Schlafbereich deutlich wahrnehmbar, weshalb es sich nicht so gut schlafen lässt, wenn andere Gäste noch länger wach sind. da es keine Fenster gibt, läuft außerdem eine laute Lüftung die ganze Nacht. zudem war mir unter dem dünnen Laken kalt. keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe.

Ostello dalla buona posizione, a due passi dal centro. Accoglienza (seppur in leggero ritardo nel momento dell'arrivo dove abbiamo dovuto attendere un po') é stata nel complesso positiva: il ragazzo della reception si é dimostrato gentile nel darci una mano con i bagagli. Stanza carina, accogliente. Tuttavia essendo a ridosso della strada andrebbe migliorato il sistema, pressoché nullo, di insonorizzazione.

Soggiornato due notti, ho preso la camera singola, spaziosa con bagno, i gestori molto gentili, posizione perfetta per visitare Matera nella parte storica.
