A temple of delicacies that has been open since 1987. It offers a selection of quality local products such as cheeses (caciocavallo podolico matured on hay or in caves, canestrato made from goat's milk), cold cuts (prosciutello, capocollo, salsiccia pezzente - a typical sausage included in the list of Slow Food Presidi), but also preserves, jams and honey, wine, amaro and the famous peperone crusco. It is possible to taste some of the products to help you make your choice.
