La grande ricchezza di questo locale è sicuramente il Responsabile di Sala, davvero professionale e gentile, che sa prendersi cura dei clienti, che tratta come ospiti, sempre sorridente e disponibile ad ascoltare eventuali esigenze. Finché non è arrivato lui in sala, devo dire che il servizio era un po' carente, per cui spero che tutti i ragazzi prendano esempio da lui.
