the park is divided into different excavation zones that archaeologists have designated different names. It actually encompasses the remains of monuments of the three cities built by Wellness at different times: Sibari, the achaean colony; Thurii, built by the will of the Athenians and Pericles; Gaul, the Latin Colony founded in 194 B.C.
