It is a recent construction on the lungomare of Catanzaro Lido, in the middle of the splendid Gulf of Squillace, a few kilometres from the administrative centre of the city. The rooms all offer sea views and modern amenities combined with Empire-style furnishings. The establishment has free parking and a private beach with bar, as well as a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine (half and full board available).

Le camere sono nuove, anzi nuovissime: all’arrivo oltre alla card mi hanno dato anche la chiave “perché ancora non sono attivate le card per l’accesso”.
Mi sono piaciuti i particolari - come il design delle lampade, la qualità di materasso e cuscini, l’armadio senza ante per impedire che l’odore degli altri occupanti impregni i tuoi abiti. Un poco meno il phon rotto, i lavori in corso sul terrazzino o la gestione dell’aria condizionata. E a proposito, attenti ad aprire la finestra per alzare un poco la temperatura: il condizionatore va in blocco e bisogna chiamare in reception per farselo ripristinare.
