Catanzaro Lido is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches of the Calabrian coastline on the Ionian Sea. The seafront is laid out as a beautiful promenade, and the beach allows you to practice all kinds of water sports. You can avoid the crowds by going to Soverato (in the southern part of the Gulf of Squillace), where the beach is discreetly located between cliffs and clear sea. Or, halfway between Catanzaro Lido and Soverato, at the beach of Caminia, with its fine sand and transparent water, especially popular with families.
