In the heart of this small and quiet town, 12 km from Vibo Valentia, there is a typical trattoria that also serves as a bar, with two well-kept and nicely decorated rooms. The cuisine is authentically local, respecting traditional recipes and old-fashioned cooking methods, using the pignata, an earthenware pan, and the wood-burning oven. Magnificent assortments ofantipasti made of vegetables, cheeses and Calabrian cold cuts, homemade pasta with fragrant sauces, but also grilled meats, pizzas and homemade desserts.

Pazzesco! Antipasto abbondante e buonissimo, pasta fresca davvero molto buona. Abbiamo preso pure la trippa che ho dimenticato di fotografare, anche quella pazzesca! Personale gentile, il proprietario (suppongo fosse lui) super alla mano, gentile e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare in Calabria torneremo di sicuro!
