DUOMO
The cathedral of Stilo, dedicated to the Virgin of Ognissanti, houses many works of art.
Dedicated to the Virgin of Ognissanti, the cathedral of Stilo dates back to the 13th-14th centuries. Of the original construction only the grandiose pointed portal and some bas-reliefs on the façade remain. Note, to the left of the portal, a fragment of marble sculpture from the classical period, embedded in the wall and representing two feet! Inside, in Baroque style, there are many works of art, among which stands out the Madonna di Ognissanti (16th-early 17th century) by Battistello Caracciolo (undergoing restoration for an indefinite period).
