Metal rings set in the rock to help climb Banshee Canyon during a trek
Learn how Hole-in-the-Wall got its name during your ascent of Banshee Canyon using metal rings sealed into the rock. Connect to the Barber Peak loop trail and the Hall-in-the-Wall trail. The Ring Loop trail is very popular and will also allow you to discover ancient petroglyphs along the way. It is also possible to stop here, as the site has two picnic areas with two parking zones. It takes about 1-2 hours to complete this moderately difficult, but overall flat loop.
