Red Rock Canyon is about half an hour from the Strip. This park is distinguished by its magnificent red rocks and boulders.
The visitor center features a well-designed outdoor area. This is designed to visualize the various geological formations that surround it, and to provide valuable information on the history of human occupation of the canyon. You'll also find a wealth of information on the flora and fauna of Red Rock Canyon. If you're lucky, you might even spot one of the desert tortoises that call the area home.
