FLORENCE

Slightly off-centre, in the north-western extensions of the Hrazdan gorges, this restaurant has a façade that would be Italian but the cuisine served here is mainly Armenian. The large room, decorated in ostentatious luxury, is ideal for banquets, especially for local customers, who sometimes come here with their families and often in groups, to learn about Italian flavours or to learn the basics of Armenian gastronomy, whose great specialities are offered here, alongside pasta and other peninsular dishes.
