HRACHALIK
If you want to plunge into Armenian prehistory, the "Flintstones" version, it is absolutely necessary to try this brand new establishment, which rightly displays the "Herachalik" (wonderful in Armenian). Located on the two banks of the Hrazdan, one of the exits of the gorge (accessible from the Pont de la Victoire), its striking décor attracts an increasing clientele, so it is better to book in the evening. A pulp-cardboard debauchery, with a dinosaur that bends the backbone to bridge between the two banks, wooden huts reminiscent of a prehistoric village in which private salons are fitted - to the old of «cut-off» - where one dînera in calm while the children enchanted by the show, play in the large playground that is devoted to them. To spoil nothing, the kitchen is good and if it is not prehistoric, it sacrifices to the local tradition with this "tonir", the traditional Armenian oven especially in which the bread lavache is made under your eyes. The reception is perfect, only caveat, the live music proposed by an orchestra every night, and that we even hear in the intimacy of the huts…
