As its name suggests, the establishment offers chaourma, or chavourma, the Armenian-Lebanese version of our Greek kebabs or sandwiches, but whose meat, of lamb or veal, on the spit, is of a much safer origin, in lavache or pita bread. But also lahmadjune, those pizzas that are said to be Turkish in France, khadaif type pastries, baklavas, to be eaten on the spot or on the terrace or to take away. An enjoyable gourmet break in a rather chic neighbourhood, on the edge of the Place de la République
