Special mention for this authentic and charming hotel, tastefully furnished by the Italian Montalto in an old 19th century mansion, as there are still too few of them left in the vicinity of the Place de la République. The six rooms, rich in woodwork and tastefully decorated according to local traditions, are comfortable, the family welcome is warm and friendly. Handicrafts and fair trade products are available for sale in the hotel, which overlooks the greenery of Missak Manouchian Park.

Au centre d'Erevan, un 'B&B' dans une superbe maison traditionnelle du XIX ème siècle, malheureusement menacée de destruction, pression immobilière oblige. Y aller pour son ambiance et son décor authentiques, et pour le pantagruélique petit déjeuner, traditionnel lui aussi. Une bonne façon d'appréhender l'accueil et la tradition culinaire arménienne.

Très belle maison d'hôte, bon accueil, super petit déjeuner servi à table. A disposition, une fontaine d' eau froide - eau chaude, petit frigo à l'étage ainsi que le salon. La taille et l'ameublement est très différent d'une chambre à l'autre. La plus belle et plus grande chambre est au rez-de-chaussée mais donne sur la rue et est donc plus bruyante. Certaines chambres sont relativement petites mais sont confortables. La Villa Delenda est très bien située près du centre historique et des magasins. On atteint la place de la république en quelques minutes à pied où on peut assister, le soir, à un spectacle magnifique de fontaines chantantes. Notons que la connexion Wifi n'est pas toujours très bonne surtout dans les chambres à l'étage. Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur certains sites, la cuisine n'est pas accessible en dehors du petit déjeuner. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et recommandons chaudement cet hébergement.
