This relatively modern hotel, located on the green hills north-east of Yerevan, overlooking the road to Sevan, is dedicated to water sports, as its name suggests. A range of refreshing water fun in the summer heatwave: 25 m swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fitness, etc. are the major assets of this hotel which is intended to be a resort. The 29 rooms, 11 doubles and 18 singles, are slightly austere in décor, but comfortable. Like all hotels, and a fortiori this one, it doubles its prices in season.
