Situated on a lively street south of Republic Square, not far from the Krikor Lusavoritch Cathedral and its green setting, a hotel offering comfort acceptable to small and medium budgets. About ten rooms, some with 8 beds, sometimes bunk beds, equipped with a kitchenette, not very modern, but enough for what you want to do with it, with a more than basic, almost Soviet decor. But the location is the main asset of this hotel, whose services are also rather limited
