A small crush on this establishment which was one of the pioneers of private hospitality in Yerevan and has stood the test of time, against all odds. This tiny hotel, housed in a beautiful building from the Tsarist era, is ideally located at the beginning of Abovian Street, just off Republic Square. It has only 4 rooms, not very spacious, whose decoration has lost some of its kitsch gilding to adapt to more functional standards, with a completely acceptable level of comfort.
