LE RIAGE

Novice of backpacker, Michel Famous can no longer tolerate his horses, once reformed, from going to slaughter; it wants to offer them a new life, that of leisure horses. It therefore decided to open this centre for equestrian tourism and to make its own contribution. They are 15 to discover the beauties of the Bay of Mount Saint-Michel. From three sites, the Genêts (crossing of Mount Bay), La Gohannière or Saint-Coulomb, the Riage offers walks and hikes of several days (count € 90 per day and per person out of catering and lodging) à la carte in the bay region. For the crossing, you have to count 3 hours of horse riding and one hour on the spot in the Mont (80 € per person). The journey is always made for safety reasons, but the return can be done on a gallop condition, as long as it is comfortable with all the cavaliers, as this walk is open to all riders, beginners or not.
