The establishment is housed in a former boarding school on the heights of Vanadzor. Although the facade dates back to the Soviet era, the hotel has recently been restored and has worked to bring its many rooms up to more western standards. The decor is basic, but the comfort is acceptable, with TV, wifi and other services, including the restaurant. Although it is a little far from the centre, the hotel offers a panoramic view of the town of Vanadzor and its site.
