Located in the heart of the town of Alaverdi, which is not necessarily an asset, but on a massif that dominates the canyon on the east side, which gives hope for a view of the mountains from the windows. The facade of this typically Soviet 9-storey building has been razed and the interior space, as well as the twenty or so rooms, have been refurbished, with a touching effort to satisfy the clientele. The rooms are therefore relatively comfortable but modern, and one can rest there before visiting nearby Sanahin or heading back to Georgia
