In the centre of the city of Sisian, in a green setting as close as possible to the banks of the Vorotan River, this small hotel, reminiscent of a small bastide, is of Soviet design, with its tufa facade in the Armenian neo-national style, but unlike many of the hotel establishments of that time, it has managed to maintain itself in fairly good condition and to adapt to the standards of comfort. It offers a few double rooms, some of which have balconies. It is a clean and welcoming establishment, where it is possible to eat Armenian specialties.
