The pastel-toned, Russian-style façade, extended by a more rustic, stone wing with a wooden balcony, invites you to enter. The rooms plunge us into the atmosphere of the 19th century, but with a comfort that the officers of the Tsar who took up residence here around 1850 could not have dreamed of. It is an establishment that deserves to be stayed and eat there, its restaurant of local and European specialities being one of the best tables in the city.
