Right on the Venice Boardwalk, this charming restaurant is an ideal vantage point for the many artists and misfits that roam the neighborhood. Since it opened in 1978, Fig Tree has been a family-owned neighborhood institution, blending Latin roots with Pacific Rim influences. It has a tempting menu, with a focus on breakfast, between plantain pancakes and chilaquiles. Also on the menu: a dozen or so dishes to be enjoyed at lunch or dinner, ranging from chicken and avocado to burgers.

Saw one couple learning how to roller skate, saw a billion dogs, some that were too prissy to even walk on their own and had to be carried outdoors, ridiculous actually. Then there was no shortage of instagramers filming their life stories. Posing in gold chains, no shirts, and clothes 2 sizes too small and exposed way too much in public.
Ha- Enjoy...
Liked breakfast options. Mimosa was very light(not enough champagne “ but gin and tonic was very good!
Service is little slow, but the waitress team is very gentle and friendly (I believe there is not enough service or waitress for such a location)
A in all pleasant place to have a break/stop
10/10 overall experience
