Right on the Venice Boardwalk, this charming restaurant is an ideal vantage point for the many artists and misfits that roam the neighborhood. Since it opened in 1978, Fig Tree has been a family-owned neighborhood institution, blending Latin roots with Pacific Rim influences. It has a tempting menu, with a focus on breakfast, between plantain pancakes and chilaquiles. Also on the menu: a dozen or so dishes to be enjoyed at lunch or dinner, ranging from chicken and avocado to burgers.

Went there for an early happy hour drafts and nachos. Place is right on the boardwalk, good service, IPA as draft beer, what else to ask. Would go there again.

Buono il beach burger il prezzo forse un pochino esagerato. Probabilmente dovuto alla location in Venice beach.

The food was not worth the price. Served slightly cold (not sure why). Ambience is good since they have a beachfront outdoor seating. Wait staff were courteous although you need to double check the receipt. There's a nearby parking area for $9 (Rose Park)
