It is perched on the 71st floor of the US Bank Tower that this chic and trendy hotel opened in 2016. With its breathtaking view, it is the highest restaurant in the United States west of Mississippi. In a design environment, we eat modern and inventive American cuisine. The long selection of cocktails and wines is a great choice, especially when you go on a drink to enjoy this exceptional setting, sitting in large, vintage sofas. Reservation strongly recommended.

An amuse-bouche was brought to us ahead of our meal. It was a mushroom and scallion broth in a crockery type shot glass. This was a little salty but delicious.
I chose a prawns (no picture) as my first course. It came with 3 lovely prawns and a cabbage puree. For my second I chose a bacon wrapped pork loin (see picture), and lastly the almond cake (see picture). All 3 dishes were fantastic. I went with my wife and son who both also loved the food. Its clear the change the menu options frequently. The 3 course menu was $98 each and the wine pairings $56 each.
Bread service is an additional charge but it was delicious.
Please note 18% gratuity is automatically added to your check.
Our dinner for 3 with wine pairings for two, tax and gratuity all in was $557.
I definitely want to come back, but to me this is a venue for a special occasion dinner.
They do offer corkage if you want to bring in your own bottle but that is $50!
As for seating, we ended up sitting at a booth the faced the kitchen. While this is fascinating this is a 71st floor restaurant so we would have preferred to face the windows. If you are a Hell's Kitchen fan you might dig this table (and you can request it), but you will not see any drama.... just professionalism and attention to detail. We could have waited for a different table but chose to stay put.
