Opened in 1934, this little shack at the end of Olvera Street is famous for its taquitos, fluted tortillas filled with red beans and cheese, all accompanied by the house's signature avocado sauce. A treat! Other alternatives: tamales and burritos. While a few tables and chairs are available for customers on the side, it can also be nice to eat while walking between the stalls on the pedestrianized street. On weekdays, the surrounding workers flock here for lunch, so be sure to allow time to wait.

This place is great, the fact that they have enough seating for big groups is a plus..

El sabor de los tacos es bueno. Lo que no me gusto es que me dieron tacos frios. Tacos dorados para mi son crujientes.

They use a garden hose to boil there products in !! Watch the YouTube video no lie !! They say their grandfather came to the United States with $300 !! Is that all he has had this whole time !! Scotch tape is put in the freezer as a lid instead of using plastic containers !!
