A good place to eat burgers. It is said that the owner of this chain, Adam Fleischman, tasted all the hamburgers in L.A. to design the best ones for his restaurant. The burger breads come from a Portuguese bakery and the fillings are varied, with parmesan cheese, roasted onion or shiitake mushrooms. The Umami burger is probably the most successful on the menu.
