Great hotel. Particular big thanks to Lika, she is very friendly attentive and professional! Rooms are innovative, nice, spaceful and clean, hotel is stylish and silent, there is no any noise bothering. Food is delicious, especially avocado toast and coconut oatmilk. Will come back here for the next LA trip.

I was very disappointed with Sirtaj hotel as I tried to cancel my reservation with them over 24 hours prior to the check-in for 2 rooms and they would not honor a refund and charged me in full for both rooms. I spoke to someone at their front desk who assured me when I called that the only thing I had to do was to contact their manager or supervisor, Boris, and that they would provide me with a refund. This is fraudulent to not honor the refund and I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a reservation with this hotel. Please be aware and stay away. You've been warned.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful establishment in Beverly Hills, and I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, particularly Andy at the front desk.

Andy's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. He went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Not only did he provide me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities, but he also took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me some great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Throughout my stay, Andy continued to impress me with his exceptional customer service skills. He was always available to assist me with any requests or concerns, and he did so with a genuine smile and positive attitude. It was evident that he genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the guests and was committed to providing an outstanding experience.

The Sertay Hotel itself was nothing short of extraordinary. The elegant and luxurious ambiance created a truly indulgent atmosphere. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I felt like every detail had been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring Beverly Hills. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, shopping areas, and fine dining establishments. I appreciated being able to easily access all that the city had to offer.

Overall, my experience at the Sirtay Hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to Andy's exceptional service. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay at BH

$87 amenities fee due at arrival vs the $21 listed in algotel where I booked. Clerk said this happens a lot and I should take it up with the booking service. I disagree. If it happens a lot, then the hotel should stop taking bookings through that service to avoid surprising customers with larger than expected check in fees.

Room was nice, clean with a comfortable bed and espresso machine. Mineral buildup in the shower made the water streams painfully sharp. Low battery in fire alarm in the hallway beeped all night.

Breakfast was way better than the usual hotel fare, though they were out of some ingredients and didn’t inform me ahead of time.

Absolute garbage customer service. Made a reservation on same day on Priceline. The front desk attendant said there was a technical issue and they didn’t have the reservation so they would not let me check in. Made me wait 40min and counting at midnight while they tried to figure it out between the place the posted their business. No consideration for the guest even with all the booking proof on my end. Do not trust them with your business.

NEW OWNERS. NOT GOOD!!! We stayed at the Sirtaj hotel a few times a few years ago and it was great. The owner at the time Mr. Singh was amazing man and the hotel was a live and in great shape with a great bar and restaurant. NOT ANYMORE since the new owners took over. Boris the reservation manager is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and should never be in a position of customer service anywhere!! The first room that we got was a suite 209 and unremodeled motel 6 would have been better. Sunny who is an amazing man moved us to suite 307 that was nicer but had no hot water in the shower. We usually stay at the Beverly Hilton and been doing so for years, but due a union strike they are dealing with we decided to go back to the Sirtaj because of the location and the way we remembered it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I do not recommend the hotel to anyone!!! Hopefully Mr. Singh will take it over again. I must say though that Sunny and Lika tried very hard as much as they could to make it comfortable with what they have to work with. They were amazing and provided us with a first class customer service. They are way to good working for this new owners.

The room was clean. The location is great. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure and nice shower. Soni was very kind and accommodating. The only negative is I’m not sure what the accommodation fee actually covers but that’s typical hotel stuff. Otherwise really enjoyed the room, location, and kind service.

Professionalità pari a 0. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Evitatelo. Personale senza professionalità, ci siamo ritrovati la camera sporca, il più caro hotel che abbiamo trovato nel tour americano,ma allo stesso tempo il più scadente.colazione fatela fuori perché è deplorevole ????. Anche mettere una stella è troppo, sottozero! Non fatevi ingannare dalla posizione.

Terribile! Poco attenti alla clientela, al nostro rientro in albergo in tarda serata, la stanza non era rassettata e non erano stati cambiati gli asciugamani... In pratica avevano dimenticato di passare dalla nostra camera! Per quel che abbiamo pagato, delusissimi! Anche la colazione se potete evitare... Aspettare due ore per i loro comodi anche no!☹️

The best thing I can say about this hotel is it's in a convenient location. I only stayed overnight. I choose the hotel because it's in walking distance to my neurologist office. The room smelled of Pine Soil, and cigarettes. I'm a non-smoker. The amenities fee $87 and the $200 deposit are both rip offs. Kicking myself for not t going to the Marriott. Still waiting to see if my security deposit is refunded. DO NOT SELECT THIS HOTEL!
