Far from ordinary with killer vibes, this hotel did not disappoint. The Supra Lowery Brothers jazz band was the highlight of my stay. Check them out every Wednesday night!

In the very core of DTLA and just two blocks from the metro station this is a strategic place since you have tons of places to visit from here. The swiming pool is at the rooftop and the views from there are really amazing. In summary good prices, service, also the place is clean and safe. In summary I had a good stay here.

I had a problem with my bank card and my account was missing 9 dollars to top up the 50 dollars for the deposit insurance that they charge. The receptionist informed me that I could not receive another form of payment, even though I had paid everything, and I still had cash with me. Even so, he didn't accept it, I tried to go to a bank to make a deposit into my account but it wasn't open because it was almost 11:30 at night. I went back and explained the situation but the receptionist was very indifferent to my problem and said he couldn't do anything to help. I came from New York, it was a 12-hour journey, I was tired, sleepy, alone, in an unfamiliar city, and the hotel employee simply didn't want to help me. I only resolved my problem when I asked people in the Hotel lobby to transfer me the money via Zelle, so I could use the card on my account. It was a horrible, traumatic experience and made my vacation start in a very terrible way. The hotel is good, the room excellent, but with staff like that, none of that matters!!!
