The hotel was AMAZING!! My room although it wasnt facing the ocean it still had an awesome in view of the city and all the beautiful lights! I only have 1 complaint and Im sad to have to make it but when I wanted to extend my stay for another night the manager, I didnt get HER name told me I would have to make another booking which meant a different (much more expensive) nightly rate and another $450 hold on my credit card I couldnt understand why I was not able to just extend my current rate and $450 hold for incidentals on my card, No that meant $900 was on hold for incidentals which I still confused as to what those are unless they are in case you use the phone??? I dont know... Never-the-less it put a slight damper on an otherwise great experience at a WONDERFULLY DELIGHTFUL hote|!

Nice boutique hotel. Room was warm and while they were responsive in fixing the A/C, it didn't work again later that night. Restaurants and bar were awesome (if not a bit pricey). Pool area was nice and private.

Centrally located in Westchester to shops, restaurants and LMU. Airport is 12 minutes away. Rooms and housekeeping keep things spotless. Trendy with a young vibe.

This hotel constantly sends out emails offering 20% discounts. However, for LMU graduates and their families, this hotel proclaims to offer discounts. Yet on the weekend of graduation, they more than double their prices from $186 per night to over $500. Thus, the aforementioned "discount" is no discount at all. This a money trap because of their location.

The hotel was okay, perfectly adequate, but what made the stay wonderful was the warm and cheerful staff and how honest and helpful they were. My friend lost her ear pods and they went out of their way to help her out, it just meant alot that Nick and another girl at the desk (can’t remember her name) would take the time to help like that. Would stay again just because of the hospitality and staff!

Uses a different 'system' from other Marriott Bonvoy hotels. Be careful with your bookings and points.

I just want to know if the protests continue in this place? I would like to book for the weekend and wouldn't want to have to be in the middle of a protest. Please let me know

This was most definitely the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. My wife & I travel often & have never had an experience like this.

First, there were strikers (from hotel June) who woke us up every morning of our stay with yelling, megaphones & drums playing. Management did nothing - not even a simple apology.

Then, I bought some chocolate from the lobby, paid for it on my card and made sure the front desk knew not to charge my room. After check out, they charged the room for the chocolate (so I paid double). I called to have them remove it from my invoice, initially they said they would but after calling back I was told the manager would call me to get it removed. I have yet to receive a call from them & have been ignored whenever I call to get this charge removed.

The ONLY good thing about this stay was the awesome men working valet. They deserve a raise. Actually, they should run the show here because they were like a well oiled machine; meanwhile the rest of the hotel is poorly managed.

Would not recommend staying here!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!
I cannot in good conscience recommend you stay here as there are on going worker strikes and protests that make the entire experience distressing. From the time I checked in midday until late into the evening, and then a distressing wake up at 6am (breaking LA noise by laws) the drumming, horns, megaphones, hollering and whistling continued. It felt like waking up with a saucepan being banged into your ear non stop. They offered ear plugs and a restaurant credit which did nothing for what caused headaches, broken sleep and a poor environment for working or relaxing. Do not spend the money or time to go here given the current situation. We have already had one group of friends cancel their future reservation and I hope that many more read this and find our online videos of the awful noise.

Protest are going on and they offered me a 69$ dollars rebate after twisting their arm. Then they simply stopped answering the phone

Super disappointed. A protest is going on in the hotel and the management refuses to give us a discount on our reservation. Our only choice is to cancel our reservation, leaving us with no hotel the day of (we’re likely going to pay premium for another hotel by booking last minute and guess who’s going to pay for that…ME). Those management decisions will hinder the business in the future. Good luck getting loyal customers…i’ll make sure to spread the word in the gigantic firm i work for

never been here, but just watched the process and struggle of it being made. You guys went through so much stress and time, and you guys still succeeded! Good Job! If I'm ever in that area, I will certainly stop by.

Check in was friendly and easy and we got our room around noon which was nice. Our room was a nice size, clean, and provided us enough room to easily organize two suitcases.

Beds are comfortable and linens are soft. That’s always top priority for us.

The auto-Venetian blinds were ok but I really need black out shades and was bummed this room didn’t have them.

TV is big and easily connects to your streaming. Audio is good too. Anti judder needs to be turned on but that’s a bit picky thing bc I spend so much time in hotels.

Bathroom is big but the shower was very low pressure and I didn’t love that. Two towels only doesn’t cut it. Everyone knows women use two (body and hair) so more is needed.

What we lost a star for here was the lip-service hvac that didn’t cool our room. Simple and apparently easy to use, our room didn’t get to the 65 I love to sleep in and just stayed at “steppoint 70” which kept me uncomfortably warm. No amount of fussing could change the temp.

Didn’t use the pool or any service bc it was a one-night stay.

This hotel is ok, but it's more of a remodeled three star hotel than a four star hotel, so I was caught off guard when arriving and seeing it in person. The room feels like an old room that they slapped some paint on, did a little interior designing and was like, OKAY, we are a luxury hotel now. The restaurant and bar were both fine, not blown away but nothing wrong with it. They also had workers striking every morning at 8am, which we were unaware of when we booked our reservation and in good faith, I can't recommend this hotel until they pay their workers.

Would of gave this place a five star. The only thing was we had to pay for daily parking. Besides that, the hotel was so clean, unique and beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Loved the attached pool/restaruant. Will definitely come back again.

I was not able to use many of the amenities because I was arrived late and left early but I absolutely loved the room and the service. The quality of products was a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, my room was clean and quiet. The valet service was fast, easy. I wasn't able to explore nearby but there was a small grocery store and many other store. Very close to the airport. I was told over and over to not stay by the airport but I felt very safe and was extremely happy with my short stay at Hotel June.

This is a hotel that that feels like it's run by a private equity company. On the surface it looks nice but the so many details are missing. Lots of small things like the $45 valet parking, resort fee without any special amenities, low water pressure in showers, all cheapen the experience and make it feel like you're being nickel and dimed.

I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort my entire stay. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I will definitely visit again! The decor throughout the whole hotel is a vibe, and everything was so clean. All staff were kind, and made me feel like a VIP. Their amenities, location, and food set my trip apart -- I still can't believe the amenities they provide for the low price of the stay.

My husband and I stayed with the hotel January 2024. Upon arrival we were greeted and checked in very easily. I didn't get the name of gentleman who checked us in but he was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated. Very modern and super clean. The area the hotel was in was perfect. Within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and 2 grocery stores. The beach and airport was a ten minute ride. Right next door there was even a bowling alley and arcade. The cleaning staff was really on point. We always came back to a spotless room. My husband ordered room service and got a steak dinner and he said it was the most delicious steak dinner he had ever had. We were always able to find parking right next to the hotel so valet isn't always necessary. The reason I gave the hotel 3 stars is because the second day we were there the cleaning staff went on strike and at 8 or 9am they were in the lobby marching and chanting there demands for better pay, better healthcare, and more benefits with a loud speaker. As friendly as the cleaning staff was and as clean as the entire hotel and grounds were I can tell they work their behinds off and deserve what they were asking for. It's hard for me to give the hotel 5 stars knowing how unhappy some of the staff are. I hope they make those employees happy and come to an agreement. I would love to stay here again when I come back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Their service definitely was excellent. However I feel that the price you pay for a hotel of that caliber is definitely too much. Especially when the nearby Marriott hotels are much nicer and more conveniently located. This place does not offer any long-term parking or shuttle to the airport so you have to get an Uber which is sort of inconvenient. The decor was atrocious but the rooms were clean and comfortable.
