LOS ANGELES CITY HALL
Beautiful Art Deco skyscraper with a panoramic terrace offering a beautiful view of Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles.
The town hall is housed in this superb Art Deco skyscraper dating from 1928. With its 32 storeys and 138 meters in height, it was the only building to exceed anti-seismic standards until 1967. It was finally renovated in the 2000s to meet the new regulations. Don't miss the panoramic terrace on the 27th floor for unobstructed views of Downtown, and, more broadly, of Los Angeles and the surrounding area. On your way back, stop off on the3rd floor to see the beautiful historic rotunda and its chandelier.
