Historic Max Factor Building – Hollywood Museum
Museum with exhibitions, in an Art Deco building owned by and dedicated to the 30's star make-up artist Max Factor
This museum for movie buffs is located in a beautiful Art Deco building that belonged to Max Factor, the famous make-up artist of the 1930s. In addition to paying tribute to him, the Hollywood Museum contains a host of posters, photos, costumes and props from both the great classics and the latest hits of the 7th art. Above all, don't miss the basement, where the cell occupied by Hannibal Lecter in The Silence of the Lambs (1991) is located.
