VIRGINIA ROBINSON GARDENS
Guided tours of almost 1h30 through five beautiful gardens attached to one of Beverly Hills' first villas.
The 1.5-hour guided tours take in five beautiful gardens - Italian, tropical, rose garden, terraces and medicinal plants - attached to one of the neighborhood's earliest villas. Built in 1911, it belonged to retail magnates Harry and Virginia Robinson. The latter was nicknamed the First Lady of Beverly Hills for her breathtakingly luxurious parties; a patron of the arts with a heart of gold who bequeathed her home to the County of Los Angeles on her death in 1977.
