BARNSDALL ART PARK
Park on the edge of the Los Feliz neighborhood with the Hollyhock House in its center, a work of architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
On the edge of the Los Feliz neighborhood, Barnsdall Art Park has existed since the 1920s. The famous Hollyhock House stands in the center of the park and is one of the park's major attractions. It is designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, considered the country's greatest designer. Inspired by Mayan temples, this house was the architect's first project in Los Angeles; unfortunately, it was closed in June 2022 until further notice. Overlooking the city, the place still offers beautiful views of its surroundings.
