TOPANGA STATE PARK
This park is a starting point for hikes leading either to the canyons or to the gentler slopes covered with oak trees.
This park is part of the Santa Monica Mountains. Topanga Canyon Boulevard is accessed from Pacific Coast Highway between Pacific Palisades and Malibu, where Topanga State Park is clearly marked. Drive up to Entrada Road, which leads to the park entrance. The view is unforgettable, both of the city on one side and (especially) of the massive hills and mountains on the other. A picnic area, the park is a starting point for hikes leading either to the canyons or to the gentler oak-covered slopes.
