The Newport Beach Hotel's strong point is very impressive: It is located on the edge of the beach (we appreciate the loan of bicycles and sun loungers to the edge of the ocean!) Beautiful comfortable rooms, bright and bright decor. Breakfast is very frugal.

Had room 101. Amazing view of the surfing/ocean. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE PARKING RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE! Rooms are old but everything was beautiful. Close to every kind of food you can think of. Windows open to get that fresh open air! It’s loud in the area due to restaurants so close but it still is amazing.

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, and everything was great. We were there in November, so we needed heat in the evening and air conditioning during the day, and both worked very well.

Delightful boutique hotel, wonderfully helpful staff. The rooms were compact but spacious bathroom, with an actual bath tub ????
Fabulous location literally on the beach.
I borrowed one of their bicycles & cycled down the beach to Balboa, a delightful way to start the week.
I will absolutely be staying here next time I come to Newport
