This address, which smells like Italy, has not made a mistake by settling just a stone's throw from the Little Italy district. On the menu, breakfasts in croissants-filled mode, paninis, pizzas, ice creams, salads and a short selection of Italian wines. Several addresses in San Diego.

Went in for some Gelato Presidents’ Day. I been coming here for years. I’ve always been greeted by the owners. But today I was helped by a young lady in her mid twenties. She was rude and actually helped the people behind us because they knew each other. They ordered one scoop of gelato. I didn’t say anything I was trying to be patient. Finally she asked us what we needed, I said two scoops of gelato. She reserved them in a small 1 scoop container. I asked her is that was two scoops she said yes. I paid and left. I won’t be coming here again. I ended up trashing it, walked over to BOBBOi. They were nicer and gave me much more gelato in a one scoop.

Good option for breakfast in Little Italy

If you have ever lived in or visited Italy, you’ll be very disappointed coming here. The gelato is far from authentic, it’s grainy and full of excess sugar. I got the pistachio flavor, very bland. My husband got the mint chocolate chip, it had green food coloring settled on top of it.
