One of Gaslamp's popular addresses, created by the Top Chef in 2009, Brian Malarkey. Since then, this promising young chef has already created 10 restaurants, 5 in San Diego. It is in an industrial design of urban loft that you taste classic American cuisine, revisited through a beer card, wine and very inventive cocktails. The menu is organized by thematic: greens, ocean, ranch, farm. As described in 2011 the Times magazine, in Searsucker the kitchen is entertaining and tasty at a time.

J'ai eu dans ce séjour cette joie de découvrir ce restaurant, le service était très bon et le repas vraiment extraordinaire ...du filet et de la purée de pommes de terre et du fantastique crabe du riz, très aromatique et très savoureux ! L'ambiance est très agréable et le personnel de la réception aux hotesses très chaleureux ! ! ! C'est vraiment un endroit superbe quoiqu'un peu cher...
