Cœur for this bed and breakfast located in Coronado, opposite San Diego. The 12 rooms are all more beautiful than others in a typical American lodge. Some rooms have a shower on the level. Lounge, TV, washing machines. Free computer (enough to be noticed). Garden and garden in a very quiet area. Close to the beaches, Hotel Del Coronado, shops and restaurants. Ideal for fleeing the city by connecting San Diego by ferry.

Cherokee Lodge is a hidden gem in the heart of Coronado. Yes, it's a historic house, simple, and not luxury. I think it's charming, the beds are comfortable, there is a basic continental breakfast and the location is the co-star. If you are looking for value, location, and don't require resort adventures, this is your place. Spring for the private bath. I like room 6

Caution if the room description says “bathroom in hall” - it is across a public hall. We were I. Room 7 and the bathroom was so small you couldn’t go without hitting the sink. There is a reason that they don’t show these bathroom on their site.
