While visiting the United States, Pope John Paul II asked for a table at the New York Circus for that evening. The charismatic founder Sirio Maccioni replied: " Okay, but on the day I die, I want a table in heaven . Le Cirque de Las Vegas does indeed cultivate a little air of paradise. One goes there for its fine cuisine, but also for its setting. The sommeliers Frédéric Montandon and Sanae Halprin will guide you with talent through the wine list, which includes more than 900 selections of wines. Proper attire is required!

- Nous avons donc eu 10 minutes de retard et le restaurant a indiqué qu'il avait annulé notre réservation au profit d'autres clients et ne nous a même pas remboursé le paiement effectué lors de la réservation.
- Nous avons indiqué notre mécontentement face à l'annulation sans même nous le dire et le chef a appelé 4-5 agents de sécurité pour nous faire sortir de l'accueil du restaurant.
