BAR AT SUSHISAMBA
Somewhere between Japan, Brazil and Peru, this place is well worth a visit. The restaurant and bar are also renowned for their cocktails.
Located in the Venetian's " Grand Canal Shoppes " and adjacent to the Sushisamba restaurant, this bar offers original entertainment, alternating between samba-influenced Rio bands and experimental productions from the streets of Tokyo. A "mixologist" prepares cocktails of his own invention, including the Sambatini, which changes every month. The restaurant offers a culinary mix of Japan, Brazil and Peru. Japanese tempura and sushi, Brazilian churrasco and moqueca, not to mention Peruvian anticuchos and ceviche.
