FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE
A mythical place in Las Vegas with a free sound and light show in the evening and during the day
If Fremont Street is where Downtown's history began, it's also where it almost ended in the 1990s, as pyramids, volcanoes and medieval towers sprouted along the Strip, stealing the show. The old town had been forgotten, the area's first casinos were about to close down. Usually in Las Vegas, sticks of dynamite are used to remedy this type of situation. This time, however, the area's authorities had a wake-up call: the old Fremont Street establishments were preserved and given a considerable boost.
Thus, the Fremont Street Experience was born in 1995: a gigantic vault of light covering the street for nearly 450 m and composed of 12.5 million bulbs was installed above the passage. A mythical place not to be missed at night, when it gives way to a free sound and light show, the Viva Vision. The most daring will not miss the show by crossing the vault, suspended by a harness from the aerial cable of the SlotZilla Zip Line. Even during the day, the contrast with the city's most kitschy casinos and their most worn-out players is striking, especially since the daylight does not prevent the holding of events of all kinds, such as the concerts and dance acts frequently organized on the large stage set up for the occasion.

Entre la tyrolienne au dessus de nos têtes, les concerts et les gens déguisés, c'est déjanté! Mais c'est à faire absolument!
